Sunday Baking - Moist delicious foodgasm brownies Variations: White Chocolate Orange and Gluten Free!

So... you guys LOVED these guys so bad (as did I) when I posted these last year
that I thought I would share some of my successful variations with you!
White Chocolate and Orange Brownies/Blondies (THESE ARE AMAZING)
The most moist delicious foodgasm brownies you will ever bake - Gluten Free

This is my original recipe adapted from a Tyler Florence Brownie:

Ingredients:

227g butter
226g Chocolate                               I like to use an eating chocolate as opposed to a cooking
80g Ground Almonds                       chocolate, a 60 - 70 cocoa percenter ;-)
10g Cornflour                                  Replacing a small amount of the flour with cornflour
70g All purpose Flour                      gives you a lighter texture.
1 t Baking Powder
220g Brown Sugar
4 eggs
1T Golden Syrup

Method:

Melt Together butter and chocolate.  Cool.  Sift dry ingredients together.  Beat eggs and sugar together.  Pour choc on eggs and whisk to combine.  Gradually stir in dry ingredients. Pour into a lined 9" x 9" lined pan.  Sprinkle on some chocolate drops if you wish.  Bake at 160 Celsius for 45-50 mins.

* So for the Gluten Free version You can use a Gluten Free flour substitute (rice flour?) but I just rocked up the ground almond and cornflour.

For the White Chocolate and Orange:

Ingredients:

227gms Butter
226 gms White Chocolate
80gms Ground Almond
30gms Cornflour
50gms Plain Flour
1 t Baking Powder
200gms Icing Sugar (powdered, confectioners - gives a finer texture than other sugars)
4 eggs
rind and juice of one medium sized orange

Method:

Melt together Butter and Chocolate.  Cool.  Sift Dry ingredients together.  Beat eggs and sugar together.  Pour choc mix onto eggs and whisk to combine.  Add orange juice and rind and stir.  Gradually stir in sifted dry ingredients.  pour into a lined 9x9 inch lined pan.
Now for the interesting part - this was a very runny recipe so I baked it for about 1 hour 20 mins in a 140 degree Celsius fan oven - LONG TIME, but it was worth it... such a moist and tasty cake!  If your'e worried about the top browning too fast put a sheet of tinfoil shiny side up on top of the brownie to protect him :-)

Look at his moisty goodness

Happy baking peeps.
